      現在アクションを表す識別子はString定数になっているが、より型安全にするために、あるインタフェースを継承したクラスでアクションを表すようにする。（クラスで表現するのは、アノテーションの要素の値として型安全な定数を指定する数少ない方法のひとつであるため）
