不要なSuppressWarningsを除去

      【概要】
      現状、自動生成されるクラスに一律SuppressWarningsが施されているが、
      Eclipse-3.4からはデフォルトで不要なSuppressWarningsが警告になってしまう。
      結構、大量の警告になってしまうので必要な場面のみ付与するようにしたほうがいい。

      ※ちなみにDBFluteのこれフィードバックが来て修正しました
