      特定のコンテンツに対して処理をしたくない場合のため，なにもしない Processor を作る．

      たとえば複数の Rule/Processor を定義する場合に，ある Rule/Processor の前に
      この Processor（を使用する Rule）を定義することで，以降の Rule/Processor を
      適用しないようにするフィルタのように使える．
