DTDがSeasar2.4のdiconをincludeすると「設定ファイルがみつかりません」というエラーが表示される

      include している dicon ファイルが Seasar2.4 の DTD を使っていると，<include> の行に

      [include] path属性で指定された設定ファイル（teeda.dicon）がみつかりません

      というエラーが表示されます．
