Ymirのアノテーション機構ではinherited=true（デフォルト）の時祖先クラス/メソッドのアノテーションが継承されるようになっているが、継承したくないケースのために継承を抑制するためのアノテーションを用意する。 |

対処しました（r3710）。 @SuppressInheritanceアノテーションを付与することで、祖先要素のアノテーションを参照しないようになります。 |
