 Description   

[Seasar-user:18506] で報告されている通り、RemoteObject経由でHotdeploy環境のS2BlazeDSにアクセスすると
以下のようなエラーがでる。
[http-8080-3] ERROR org.seasar.framework.container.hotdeploy.HotdeployHttpSession - 例外が発生しました。理由はjava.lang.IllegalStateException: setAttribute: セッションは既に無効化されています
