 Description   

Windowsなど、エンコーディングがUTF-8ではない環境でarchetypeを使用するとjdbc.diconの日本語が文字化けします。
archetype.xmlの<source><resource>タグに適切なエンコーディングを指定することで回避できます。

propertiesファイルは iso-8859-1
それ以外のファイルは UTF-8
に、指定しました。
